Sunday to Thursday - $170.00 per night (2 people)
Friday and Saturday - $180.00 per night (2 people)
- Extra person $75.00 per night
- Cleaning fee of $70.00 per stay applies
- Children must be over 12 years old
- Minimum stay 2 nights (unless noted below). Occasionally 1 night bookings are available (surcharge applies) - please enquire
- The property unfortunately does not currently provide wheelchair or mobility scooter accessibility
- Pets (dogs only) by approval - $40.00 fee applies per dog per stay. Must be over 12 months old. Please review the pets section within our Short Term Holiday Rental Agreement
- Payment can be made via online bank transfer or credit card (2.2% surcharge may apply)

Exclusions:
- Three (3) night minimum stay and nightly rate of $195.00 (2 people) applies during Carnival of Flowers around the month of September/October and over Easter weekend.
- Four (4) night minimum stay and nightly rate of $195.00 (2 people) applies to bookings checking-in between 20th to 31st December.
